Liked: Loved the Eliot hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for our trip to Boston. We had a suite room for 3 of us (my husband, my daughter and myself). It was a great size and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel with absurdly loud...

Liked: The property itself is beautiful, but the “routine” maintenance that began at 8:00am was less than ideal. I arrived from Spain and purposely booked a beautiful room on the top floor. I needed the rest but was rudely woken up by co Stanton hammering and drilling/jack hammer like sounds for 2 straight hours!

Liked: This is a great hotel. Perfect location for all of Boston’s amenities. Fantastic room and lovely people.

Excellent rooms

Liked: Very comfortable beds and room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff- especially some of the doormen.
Disliked: It would have been perfect if there was a lounge to relax in.

Wonderful stay at an immaculate...

Liked: Loved the hotel’s location anchored at one end of Back Bay and access to the riverfront, the doormen (he’s on the website!), the tasteful decor (without too much outdated stuffiness). The staff was polished and friendly, and loved being able to check in and out electronically (though they are very serious - though polite - about making sure you’re aware of the checkout time! ;-). Just remember that it’s an older hotel, so we could hear the young family next door with the boisterous young boys. But in general, we didn’t hear much during our visit.
