Liked: Great value. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant, from the doorman, the front desk, waitstaff, to the maid. Truly enjoyed our stay. The free water was a huge plus.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Cousy , old school boutique hotel. Great large room, friendly staff , great location. A few different options for breakfast which is nice and also nice Japanese Resturant in the lobby
Disliked: No gym on site, room service ends early

Liked: We've stayed several times and the rooms and service is always exceptional. All the rooms are suites and luxurious. I would live there if I could!
Disliked: Traffic on street made valeting difficult - not the hotel's fault.

Comfortable and so convenient

Liked: Spacious suite, comfortable and 20 min walk to everything (BU, NE, the commons, Avis car rental, berklee). Very helpful and friendly staff. Amazing sushi bar on site. Tons of restaurants
