Good base

Liked: Clean rooms. Lovely garden view. Close to Engerfield Hall, which was the purpose of visit. Good complimentary tea/coffee . Staff really helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Rooms are tired, need a freshen up. Large holes in net curtains.
