Liked: Our stay was amazing! The hotel is gorgeous and full of fantastic history and elegance. The general manager Merrily went out of her way to make my husband's birthday special and personally went out of her way to do something sweet upon check in. I highly recommend this the walking bridge is so fun and so much to walk around too and enjoy such a vibrant booming city. We will definitely be back and I cannot not enough amazing things about this hotel just do yourself a favor and book it!
Disliked: Only one thing that could have been better was the shower to be a lot hotter but other than that… It was perfection. So much detail and art and beauty and glam!

Disliked: We had a small incident regarding our bill, after we did the check out. The case was quickly managed and corrected after a short call with their management. One was the Valet service and the second with Whitebird restaurant’s breakfast.
