Liked: Bed was comfortable; room big enough, with nice closet space and a luggage stand. The bathroom is very large and had an excellent fan / heater that really helped the overall heat in the space.
Disliked: I didn't meet any staff at all on the property, though I had some interaction via text that was good. The room was VERY cold; I had to put the heat up very high, and use the bathroom heater, in order to get the temperature to a bearable level. The shades are not blackout; they were open when I arrived and I was located on the first floor, street side so it didn't feel especially private. All in all, it was a fine stay, but next time, I would expressly choose a room on the upper floors for warmth and privacy.

Liked: Probably one of the most comfortable beds i've ever slept on ! The direct contact with staff via whatsapp was very helpful and responsive too, I wish more hotels did that. beautiful building and super clean
Disliked: the incidental hold of $100 is a little annoying and made us a little anxious, but it got refunded quickly

Liked: Beautiful interior and one of the most comfortable rooms Ive ever stayed in. Loved the location. Saw a different area of Buffalo. Great taco and coffee spots within an easy walk. We’ll return.
Disliked: Everything was as good or better than expected.

Disliked: The heat could have been better. We stayed in a very cold night. It was warmest when standing directly near the heat source. Also, an extra available blanket would have been wonderful.
