Exceptional

Liked: The location in the old part of town and near the cruise terminal was great.
Disliked: Nothing

Pleasant

Disliked: They need to tell guests arriving by car that the entrance is in the middle of a bus stop w very small sign. There’s valet parking but I was not made aware so took a VERY long time to get sorted after long drives around and calls to hotel.

If you expect 5 stars...

Liked: Friendly personal, despite poor English of some stuff in the restaurant everything was great.
Disliked: This is not 5 stars hotel, I expected much better condition. “Continental” breakfast was very poor for 5 stars hotel just a normal boring food, wasn’t hungry after but didn’t enjoy. Rooms are small and sometimes noisy because of trains (you literally live above train a station). Shower was awful, couldn’t choose proper temperature there were boiling or freezing water.

Superb

Great location, good hotel but...

Liked: The hotel is only 10-15 minutes walk from the main square of Lisbon, which is ideal! The room was always clean and fresh towels everyday, also we got a free room upgraded which was amazing.The beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was great. Hotel staff were very polite and friendly, we were able to get in the room early. Plus, it was for my boyfriend’s 30th and the stay overall was a good experience.
Disliked: The only thing that’s was disappointing was the breakfast, unfortunately this did not live up to an expectation of a five star hotel. Compared to the photos of the breakfast on the advertisement, the one we got everyday for five days was a very different picture and a bit underwhelming but it did the job. The first night we stayed, we got woken up at 4:00 AM by the many cruise ships passing by but this is not the hotels fault. The only other thing, they did not replace the tea/coffee everyday in the room so we could not use the coffee machine, and we had to ask three times for an iron board in the room.

Comfortable but not a 5...

Liked: Bed was very comfy and location was right next to a metro station so easy to move around Lisbon
Disliked: Water pressure for shower and sink weren’t great and breakfast buffet wasn’t the bestest selection of items for a 5 star hotel. Also room wasn’t made up and no turn down service.
