Disliked: I didn't like the morning of checking out when a family member called me from downstairs telling me security had stopped them and told them that we were not allowed guest due to they were not a registered guest on the room

Disliked: Surprise fees, I thought I got a deal at $138 through booking.com I was warned there would be resort fees so when the price went up to $183 I expected that what shocked me is the $122 fees I was charged on check-out. Making my stay cost over $300. I don't think I will be back. $150 a night for a standard room is more than I can afford.
