Just don't!!!!
Liked: The worst B&B we've ever experienced.Overwhelming smell of dog as we walked in. We love dogs! But!Black mould around shower, shockingly stained and threadbare carpets, bedding and furniture so old, we threw better in the tip 30+ years ago. See our review and photo on Tripadvisor...We booked what we thought would be the best room with seaview at £103.00 for room only, not inc breakfast!!!. Hell no. Despite the pleasant view, the room was filthy. Working in Law & Order, I've conducted warrants on cleaner Crack houses! Not even joking. And, to top all this, we drove 210 miles and 3.5 hrs in good faith to stop here. Despite not cancelling but refusing to stay, the argumentitive and rude owners Gary Fey & Dawn Hooper refused to refund and also ignoring a young couple and child booking in, it was embarrasing standing in earshot trying to reason with them. In order to de-escalate the situation and avoid thumping one, if not both of them, we left and booked a very nearby Premier Inn plus room for £45.00 per night and actually stayed 2 nights. The serious threat of civil legal action resulted in after 3 weeks, an attempt at a 50% refund and then failing that, a full refund. Booking.com were also useless in trying to resolve the situation. Never, ever again. These hosts would be better suited to a B&B in the back streets of Blackpool and cater for stag do's at £20 per night and not disgrace the genuine B&B's on the front at Weymouth.
