Liked: Very cozy and nice hotel, good breakfast and location.
Disliked: very small room and bathroom

Liked: The decor is nice, great location, great staff
Disliked: Our bed was dirty on arrival, we found a toenail clipping under the sheets and splashes on the frame, but we just brushed it off and carried on with our trip - it didnt phase us too much. Also you can hear everything happening outside the room, both in the hotel and outside.

Pleasant

Liked: Location is really fantastic. Very easy to get to the hotel from the airport and even easier to walk around the city to main tourist destinations. Design of the hotel itself is quite nice and a big bonus was the elevator which as it turns out is not that common in hotels located in the city center.
Disliked: Had a strange situation while checking in with one of the staff. They told me it was too late to check in even though a previous staff member had told me I could come by later. After a bit of back and forth they told me it was a joke. I didn't find it very funny as I had traveled a very long distance to get to Amsterdam and the last thing any tourist wants to hear is that they can't check into their hotel. The rest of the staff were very polite and helpful but this incident left a bad taste in my mouth. Breakfast was quite basic for the price and there was no variety from day to day. Additionally while I was happy overall with the room, the bathroom had some mold and the hair dryer left me horrified as it was the dirtiest one I've seen in all my travels which was quite disappointing.
