Liked: The bed was large and very comfortable.
Disliked: The door to the room was very difficult to open - it stuck in the frame and it was very hard to push open.The extractor in the bathroom was making a noise, but didn't appear to extract any moisture - condensation built up quite badly.There was absolutely nowhere to put any toiletries in the bathroom - there was no shelf and there was almost no room on the small sink to put anything, nowhere in the shower to put shampoo, etc.The continental breakfast was poor and on the third morning (of three), there was no bread and no pastries. On two days there was no fruit and the day there was some fruit it was just one punnet of blueberries. The choices of cereals was boxes of the usual (cornflakes, rice crispies, etc.) It really wasn't what you'd expect in a hotel - more like a B&B, and even then not a good one.The cooked breakfasts were a bit better, but one day there was no porridge. One day we had a very long wait for breakfast. I got the impression they were short of staff.We have stayed at this hotel twice before and the level has definitely gone down.

Disliked: The room was very chilly, there was a radiator in the room which didn’t work but there was a stand alone one. Unfortunately last night I was out in the evening so the room was pretty cold when I got back

Disliked: Only one staff member at breakfast time (working very hard juggling service & checkout etc) so a bit of a wait for breakfast.Couple of staff uncertain how I was to earn BW Reward points with my BW card.
