Liked: The hostess with the mostest! She was absolutely amazing.The room was absolutely pristine and the array of extras was a lovely touch 😁I suffer from a disorder and the lovely lady knocked the door to make sure I was ok.I have stayed in this area a few times and paid significantly more. Which in all honesty The Eastleigh should!!!10/10 if I was ever to stay in the area again I would be here.

It was adaquate

Disliked: Someone was playing Christmas carols around 9am which were rather loud. The hot water took 5 mins to get hot and come through after running the taps.

Liked: The room was spotless with everything we needed a mini fridge hair dryer hair straighteners a sofa in the room with a double bed then a joining twin room the bed was so comfortable with lovely fresh smelling bedding

Liked: It was clean, very comfortable and extremely tidy, and was made welcome as soon as we entered the property, Paula was lovely and could have a laugh with her, very down to earth, would 100% stay here again, the room was well stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits in room with water in fridge for us. We saw bad reviews prior to booking so was a little weary but going there personally and stopping can happily say it's a load of bollocks, would highly recommend. Thank you for having us and making us feel so welcome, Will definitely be back!!
