Will never stay here again

Liked: Breakfast was nice and service quickBar prices were cheapEvening food was very good
Disliked: The whole hotel upper floors were grubby old and worn out.The cold water didn't run in our bathroom and the mattress should have been changed years ago.Lastly, the rooms aren’t serviced at all during your stay.E-mails & phone calls to the hotel previous to our stay not answered.
