Fantastic, will return.

Liked: The design and comfort of the room was fantastic. We loved the espresso machine in the room and the great city view. In addition, the location was perfect for the concert we came to attend at Pioneer Courthouse Square.
Disliked: The only thing that would have improved our visit would have been later hours for food and perhaps, but not necessarily, room service. A late night menu for those returning from an event at 10pm would be really nice.

Great stay!

Liked: Staff amazing. Facilities top notch. Rooms great. Neat outdoor sitting area by the pool. Good breakfasts.
Disliked: $53 for parking's a bummer

Disliked: I did not like that they charged me $4 each for 2 bottles of water. The room said the first 2 bottles on them and after that $4 each. There were only 2 bottles in the room.

Location is Great

Liked: Location was great! Close to necessary transportation
Disliked: Beds and pillows are awful! I arrived in acute distress with back pain. Beds were a detriment to recovering and pillows were awful. No use calling for different pillows. They sent the same flat feather that provides zero support

Disappointed in Hilton

Liked: Location was great, bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Air conditioner had a terrible rattle that kept us up all night, headboard was visibly warn and pealing, the bodywash and shampoo were empty which we didn't have time for them to fix before needing to be clean and checked out, the TV didn't work and it took them an hour to simply bring us a new remote, and the carpet in the hallway, especially by the elevators looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Very disappointing for $250/ night. Won't stay there again and concerned that Hilton is really letting their properties go downhill.
