Our stay was wonderful. Honestly...

Liked: Property and room was very clean and as expected from photos. The hot tub was awesome to end the day. Location was very convenient to everything and felt safe.
Disliked: The door to our room was getting stuck and very loud. We did eventually realize that to quietly shut it, we had to lift it up as we closed it. The rooms also can get a bit noisy with the neighbors. we had someone above us walking in heels constantly at all hours, and there is no carpet in the rooms so it was quite loud. we also had one neighbor next to us leave their TV playing super loud music and it vibrated the wall / bed. I wish the rooms were a bit more sound proof.

Noisy guests, ask to be...

Liked: The property was nice with comfortable rooms and a great lobby for meeting friends
Disliked: We had very noisy ( music thumping) guests directly above us. The employees were unresponsive to our request to move us or ask them to quiet down. They said the guests can be noisy until 10 pm and call back if it continues. The noise continued off and on throughout the night.
