Liked: Excellent food, comfortable room which was separate from the pub and so quiet. All very well equipped for a comfortable stay.

Liked: Amazing room with some great little touches in it.
Disliked: Evening meal; slightly disappointed that you ran out of the venison wellington on the specials menu but I suppose this happens with specials . Also, we booked a table for 20:15 but it wasn’t available until 20:30. Breakfast, you ran out of smoked salmon which was disappointing as both my wife and I wanted the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. The buffet selection was rather lacklustre with just a few cereals and some bread. You also ran out of juice whilst we were eating which wasn’t topped up. My biggest gripe, however, was the naughties hip-hop blaring out of the kitchen. Don’t get me wrong, I like Missy Elliot as much as the next person, but I’m not sure it was setting the right atmosphere at 09:30 on a Sunday morning. Also, the plates/crockery on the table next to us remained uncleared for the 30 mins we were down for breakfast.
