Nice location!

Liked: Good location, great breakfast and evening meal, plenty of parking spaces, room lovely and clean
Disliked: Room was a bit on the small side (standard double) , could hear the conversation from room next door. The bed wasn't too bad but the pillows were dreadful.Could do with a decent check in area rather than the main bar, arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon.

Liked: Near to family
Disliked: Room was very much in need of maintenance. Reading light hanging off wall and shower much the same. Window on room didn’t close properly. Bed as hard as rock and pillows very lumpy.Service at breakfast very poor. Only one member of staff taking breakfast orders as well as having to serve other area of the bar for coffees, plus trying to discuss a special celebration event logistics with a customer.

Disliked: Noisy guests in the corridor late at night.Out of hotels control.Toilet cistern dripping all night.Could hear other rooms, taps, and toilet been used, if the bathroom door was left open on a night.

Good location for an event...

Disliked: Breakfast should have been included in the price and was expensive! Also there should be someone on duty all night in case of emergencies - we had one member of our family arriving later and we had to stay up late and let them in via the back door!

Liked: Room was lovely and cosy. Had everything I wanted. Dinner was superb and restaurant was lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Nothing.
