Very good

Liked: Location and the bar downstairs. Lots of eateries within walking distance. Not too far from subways & convenience stores. The owners were really nice and allow us to store our luggage at the bar before check in and offer to keep luggage after check out also.
Disliked: No lift and the stairs were really narrow & winding so very difficult climb with our huge heavy luggage.

A cost-effective stay in Marylebone

Liked: Location is awesome! Room was large, and bathroom was recently renovated. It was easy and fast to check-in and out, zero hassle.
Disliked: Carpet and room needed better cleaning. There was dust everywhere and a chewing gum stuck to the carpet. Windows did not close properly and were "sealed" with old paper.

Liked: Was a breath of fresh air to find a room done to such a high standard and be ofa decent size, on a budget in a good location for working in london

Great location, good for just...

Liked: Staff were very friendly, location is great. If you're looking for somewhere to just sleep for a night then this place is a good option, but don't expect anything more than that.
Disliked: It was quite a noisy hotel, other guests and outside traffic could be heard quite easily.TV didn't work. Communication with hotel about a late check in was quite slow as I kept receiving an automated message, telling me to contact them if I was going to arrive later than 10.

Liked: I liked the directions and The Indian man who works at the hotel is respectful and helpful.
Disliked: The room is not clean enough and there is also no quiet because the guests are very loud.

ideal location but wouldn't stay...

Liked: the location was ideal for the purpose of our trip.
Disliked: we arrived early as we knew we could store our bags. on arrival the gentleman behind the bar said come back about 2pm but leave your bags here, the bags were not tagged and were left in the corner of the pub, not locked away. anyone could have left with our bags. I asked for the room to be cleaned on our first nights stay as we were low on toilet rolls, the room wasn't cleaned just new towels and bed made, I had to go find toilet roll myself as there was no one there when we returned and the pub was shut. we asked the day before leaving what do we do with the key at check out. we were told either leave it in the room or on the bar. we left them on the bar at check out, the bar was full of customer information assuming omfor upcoming stays, however there was noone in the bar this information had been left pit un attended for anyone to see.
