Disliked: I had an ‘executive’ room and it didn’t have a safe, the TV was small and didn’t work properly, the room was tired and although there was plenty of tea, coffee etc, there was no bottled water. It could have been cleaner. I was charged a discounted ‘Genius’ rate, however the hotel were unable/unwilling to print me an invoice showing the discounted amount I paid.

Liked: I always like it here, it's a great place and very handy for the train station, also for me it's perfect for both the rugby and football grounds
