Very good, comfortable and lovely...
Liked: Location great, breakfast good choice, room very comfortable
Disliked: Bit more choice on menu, to much stodgy food, pasta or different salads would have been nice

Exceptional
Liked: Very comfortable, very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. The food was outstanding, not one complaint.
Disliked: Nothing.

The Duke of Edinburgh says...
Liked: The room was ok, so was the staff. But I wouldn't recommend the location. I would rate this hotel a 2 star, not a 4.
Disliked: The room and hotel was cold, windows rattled with the wind, and you could feel the cold coming through the glass. The hotel needs to be upgraded by having double glazed windows installed. Must be costing an arm and leg trying to heat the place. Drinks were expensive, and on the last day of our stay, the lift was out of order. We were promised it would be back working by morning, but it wasn't, and we were staying on the top floor. Would we go to this hotel again? Most definitely not. Poor area , locals weren't friendly at all. When I Google the area, it has a high rate of violence.

Nice... But....
Liked: Nice, clean hotel. Rooms big. Food is fabulous and reasonably priced.The member of staff at breakfast was lovely, and friendly, and so was the young man who served us on our evening meal.
Disliked: This is more of a booking.com complaint, along with a very discriminating hotel policy, that breakfast is only included if booked directly with hotelThe booking.com email says in CAPITAL'S that's breakfast was included. The hotel advised this isn't the case. Can I add that I would not have known about your hotel. If I hadn't been looking at booking.com for inspiration to treat my partner on his birthday. If I had known I had to book via the hotel to have breakfast included, then it wouldn't take a genius to figure out what option I would have taken. I am also disappointed that I advised I would settle my final bill upon checkout. This was taken from my bank account before I'd even had a chance to discuss breakfast. I was advised I had already checked out by the lovely gentleman at breakfast. I obviously hadn't, I was stood in front of him discussing breakfast. I checked my bank account to see that the hotel had taken my money before I checked out. There is nothing like feeling you are being asked to leave before breakfast on New Years Day.

Would definitely use again.
Liked: Staff were very helpful and when we had an issue with the booking they resolved it very quickly.
Disliked: Original room was small but that said it was very clean and tidy.

Everything we hoped for.
Liked: Lovely hotel. Great room. Staff amazing we couldn't have asked for better.
Disliked: It was rather a trek from the lift to our room, but it didn't stop us enjoying our stay.
