Liked: I am NOT a hostel stayer. I had my doubts about this place as it looks shabby and cheap BUT I was very pleasantly suprised as they are upgrading the accommodation and we had a gorgeous twin room with the sun streaming in all afternoon and evening, the room was amazingly warm without turning the heating on, we even left the window open until about 1am. The beds were lovely and comfy and as I have a back issue and going for surgery soon I was a bit worried but I didnt need to as I woke without being in pain. The host was lovely and chatty and told us some of the history of the building. As I said above I DO NOT stay in Hostels but I will be back. Thank You
Disliked: The showers could have been better and nicer but again they are getting upgraded so I am sure the next time I stay they will be as lovely as the rest of the upgraded areas.

Liked: The owner is a great guy. Full of local knowledge and tips on where to go/eat. The bed was very comfortable and the room was big and clean, as were all of the facilities actually. Brilliant place to stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone and we would definitely stay there again.
