Clean functionaal and friendly

Liked: Friendly
Disliked: TV reception in room poor. Difficult to watch due to signal break up. Breakfast time changed to 9am even though policy says 8am for that month

We had a very excellent...

Liked: All the meals were excellent.Staff are very cheerful and very very friendly.
Disliked: The double bed was two single beds joined together.

Just an awesome inn with...

Liked: The room was very comfy and the bed was huge compared to the rest of the room. Breakfast was really the best full-scottish breakfast I've had, theres nothing to complain.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were great - Jacqueline and Reece in particular. Food was amazing and we hope to be heading back for a visit soon. So welcoming to our two dogs and accommodated them the whole weekend .

Delightful village hospitality

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Charming building ( we are from Australia) in an equally charming village locationOur room was comfortable and we couldn't hear any noise from downstairs. Breakfasts were excellent as was our evening meal one night.Good location for visits to Loch Lomond Stirling Castle
Disliked: The many stairs up to our room-- but as I said, we are Aussies and stairs are not a feature in Australia. So that was all part of the experience
