Liked: Property is a lovely old building that has been excellently refurbished
Disliked: The customer service in this hotel absolutely was horrible like to the point of non-existence they expect you to do everything for yourself. The only thing that was serviceable was the valet. Service and restaurants and housekeeping were deplorable

Will recommend. Lovely hotel.

Liked: Vintage style. Beauty and location.
Disliked: Elevator access. Not to ground level. We had heavy suitcases. No in room safes. Dirty windows.
