Liked: The Drifthaven is a hidden gem - each room is unique, decorated with a fun midcentury vibe, and very pet-friendly. You are greeted with a complimentary hot toddy in the evening, nice grounds and ideally located. Right across the street from a fabulous restaurant for dinner and a yummy coffee shop -bakery for breakfast. Also, if you want to just relax there is a nice little breakfast basket delivered right to your front door.Highly recommend.

Convenient, comfortable place to stay...

Liked: It's one of the only places to stay in Gearhart with on-site management. Excellent location in the heart of the town and close to the Ridge Path for walking. The beds were comfortable and the room was a decent size. Breakfast was continental-style and delivered to the door in a basket! There are some nice places to sit outside.
Disliked: There was a lot of noisy maintenance activity: mowing of small lawn late in the afternoon, which chased us inside; leaf blower kicking up dust in the morning.

Value was low for what...

Liked: Breakfast was good, manager was nice
Disliked: No place to sit that was comfortable, bed was too low , maid forgot to pick up trash and we were there 2 nights, only 1 small trashcan in the unit, shower took a long time to warm up and bathroom sink was clogged.

Lovely stay!

Liked: Very cosy and lovely details in the room upon arriving, with a personalized note!
Disliked: Everything about the room and property was lovely, the breakfast basket delivery is very cute but it could have been a bit more full.

Liked: Fabulous little gem of a hotel. Loved the breakfast baskets, bikes and fire building set! Hots were awesome too!

Liked: Lovely modern, clean and comfortable accommodation and the staff were so friendly giving us lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. The breakfast basket every morning was also a lovely addition!
Disliked: Nothing!
