Good value, but they should...

Liked: The location is great! Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice with a good water pressure. Our toilet wouldn’t flush, and when we attempted to call the front desk, the phone in the room didn’t work. My husband had to go down to the front desk and ask for assistance. I had attempted to texted them (they send you a text at check-in, saying you can text them for assistance) prior to my husband going to the front desk, and they didn’t respond until the middle of the night. 2:44 AM!!!
Disliked: Being woken up at 2:44 AM!

Overall, it's a great place...

Liked: Excellent location, clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable bed and amazing view of Manhattan!
Disliked: The room was quite small, especially for two people, and there was a lack of closet space for luggage.

Disliked: Why put a $150 dollar hold on my credit card after having paid in full? For a few days after our stay? It’s not like there was a minibar.
