low voltage

Liked: elegance, charm and friendliness ,beds
Disliked: no heat( between seasons?) lack of electrical power, (tried space heaters blew circuits 3 times) no refrigerator

We will be coming back....

Liked: The history of the building.
Disliked: The privacy door card is not authentic with the Drake on it, it used to be. We had issues getting out of the parking garage.

Great stay for any occasion...

Liked: We loved the location and the atmosphere. The staff were incredible! Overall wonderful stay!
Disliked: We hated the pillows, the fitted sheets were just top sheets tucked in. The parking was super expensive!

Nice for a quiet cozy...

Liked: Lovely, old-style classic hotel in an amazing location.Room with a lovely view, We loved the hotel bar.
Disliked: The functional parts of the hotel could use an update: basic furniture, bed was a bit lumpy, and the shower didn't work great and really slow elevators.

hotel that once upon was...

Liked: Location, staff overall setting very good
Disliked: In general oldish hotel. Poor restaurants.
