Always enjoy my stays here

Liked: They were wonderful when we had friends visiting. They let them park at the hotel while we went to the UVA game.
Disliked: The only thing was I didn’t think there was enough staff in the restaurant attached on a UVA game day. There was only 2 waitstaff and 1 host and it was super busy.

Passable

Disliked: Pillows were unbearable. Both guests agreed. Too flat for one, and two was even more uncomfortable. Beds weren’t firm enough. Lobby coffee was cold at 10:00am. No water refill stations as a courtesy. Also the minimal tip for valet was $5. This is not appropriate given the mandatory $25 valet fee. Each in and out adds $10. That’s price gouging.
