We won’t be returning because...

Liked: We stayed here once before and everything was fine. However the second visit was not fine. See below for comments
Disliked: We weren’t able to get into room at 3:46. Room was not made up. Moved to another room, code didn’t work-twice! Had to go downstairs twice. There was a staff member there who was wonderful-Richard. He called and spoke to someone to resolve issue. Noise at night ( a very strong baseline ) shook the room. Only 1 side of bed had lamp.

Disappointing

Liked: I had a balcony room and it was lovely and spacious.
Disliked: The housekeeping does not clean your room unless you request it and even after you do it, it’s not done every single day unless you make it clear. The staff is not expected to resolve any issue and you are directed to call a phone number. The lobby looks tired and empty of its existing furniture. The room I was checked in had empty soda cans in recycling bin. L

Liked: The architecture is clean and contemporary. Feels spacious. Staff friendly. Excellent location very near great food outlets.
Disliked: No body wash.

Would never stay here again

Liked: The location was great, it was close to a lot of things within walking distance
Disliked: Saturday night was like a club, we had to listen to music thumping till 2:00 at night. There were 2 blown lightbulbs in our bedroom, the floor was gritty and needed to be cleaned, tissue boxes needed to be replaced, one was completely empty
