Amazing stay! Location was perfect.

Liked: Everything was clean and perfect! Staff goes over and beyond.
Disliked: Pull out bed could have better mattress.

Disliked: Pretty much the insides were like a Motel 6 nothing fancy they totally need gutted and remodeled if you're looking for something of better quality try some place else outside of the location which is right across from the ocean there's nothing really there

Disappointing accommodation & ignored my...

Liked: Beautiful location & wonderful grounds with pool & additional facilities such as BBQ area. Friendly staff.
Disliked: I was allocated substandard accommodation.. despite me informing the property that it was a special occasion upon “wedding anniversary”. When booking the accommodation it looked bright & open but the apartment given was very dark, smelt terribly of damp & left me feeling incredibly disappointed. This room was nowhere to be seen when booking. I did raise my concern when I arrived but they couldn’t do anything on the day. The property manager did offer a better room the next day “which was bright, open, refreshing just like the ones I saw when booking but we only had 3/4 of a day left & we wanted to relax without having to move everything and then move out again the following morning. The property at no point acknowledged our anniversary or wanted to make it special, as an experienced hotelier I find this the most disappointing factor. Stayed in 401 underneath the office.

A little gem of Florida...

Liked: The location is fabulous across the beach and near Atlantic Avenue. The property has been renovated and the gardens are beautiful. Lovely swimming pool area
Disliked: I have been vacationing there since 2008 one to two weeks at the time each year. The rates have gone up steadily due to Covid, the economy and the renovations. We were introduced to that property through a timeshare connection.
