Absolutely gorgeous hotel with lovely...

Liked: The staff are unbelievably helpful and so lovely and easy to approach. The hotel helped me lots before I even arrived to change the number of nights for my stay (due to personal circumstances) and really helped with tips and numbers to book a taxi to wedding venue.The hotel itself was absolutely gorgeous and we had a beautiful room! Lovely amenities and we loved the soap and shampoo etc so we ended up ordering it when we were on the boat home. Breakfast was delicious! Every member of staff we met, had a smile on their face and were so helpful. Never been to Arran before but we would love to come back, mostly because this hotel was just a fantastic find!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing, I can’t wait to stay again in the future!
