Liked: The room was excellent
Disliked: Being charged for cutlery, very limited options for breakfast inclusion, & reception staff not providing information regarding our stay.

Liked: The hotel is nice. The price is not worth it. Staff are mediocre. For a 5-star hotel, you would expect excellent service and willingness from the staff, but I asked for ice, and it was atrocious.
Disliked: Parking is super expensive, paid wifi (why?), i wouldn't classify the quality of this hotel as a 5-star, feel like there are better options in the area.

Sleepless night at the overpriced...

Liked: The lobby level outdoor/garden area was nice.
Disliked: Poor customer service (repeatedly), loud room on 16th floor with mechanical noise through the night (with no option to move to a less noisy room), empty toiletry bottles, non functioning lamps/light bulbs, tricky thermostat and gimmicky decor that lacked cohesion/was too busy.

Disliked: Was my birthday and put that on the notes. Usually they leave a note when you get a suite, or some chocolates especially with how expensive the suite is, but there was nothing

Disliked: Breakfast was included in the reservation, but it was limited to a few standard items. Room delivery was the only choice, involving>30 min delay. Not at all what we expectedIt was very annoyin that there wewe not enough hooks,, or a bar, to hang towels once they had been used.
