Stunning

Liked: Great room decor, very comfortable beds. Gorgeous place to stay. Loved having access to the twin hot pools at Canoe hotel across the street. Highly recommend visiting them after the sunsets before 10pm.
Disliked: Frustrated with the universal remote for the tv. Couldn't change input to connect personal device.

Liked: Loved the style of the property, cozy rooms, private, just perfect for the kids and myself

Liked: Good price and very clean, modern rooms. Very good value for money even if it is on the edge of town
Disliked: Check in was incorrectly communicated. Told to go the Caribou hotel but it was meant to be the Canoe hotel. Sent a message and the sign was fixed the next day

Cozy and clean

The check in process impacts...

Liked: The hotel is quaint and a lovely spot on the Main Street.
Disliked: The check in process was terrible. I had 6 emails about the virtual check in process before arriving. I tried for 30 minutes to get the online registration completed only to learn they were having trouble with the system. They don’t have a front desk but work with the Canoe hotel for any issues. The front desk at Canoe stated this was a new arrangement for them and all my virtual information didn’t translate to them. The check in was about 50 minutes. It was too long, challenging and there was poor communication.

Superb

Liked: Room was perfect, Clean and modern facilities, 2x double beds. Easy to check-in and felt secure. Great to have access to the hotel facilities also.
Disliked: The fan in the bedroom was noisy and it wasn't possible to turn it off. It would be helpful to have a card with wifi password in the bedroom, but we were able to get this from the hotel.
