Liked: From the moment I checked-in until the moment I checked-out the staff were exceptional. They were helpful, courteous and kind.
Disliked: The only thing that would have made my stay better were the beds. They were "too soft". As I have a back condition I would appreciate the option of stiffer mattresses/pillows.
