Rooms too warm even in...

Liked: Service was quick -- Wonderful staff were pleasant and very helpful. Hotel facilities were fantastic. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: With controls in each room set to allow only 67- 73 degrees, the room temperature is far too warm overnight. We woke many times throughout both nights so felt pretty crappy during our daily adventures.  Studies show that the ideal room temperature for sleep is anywhere from 60°F to 65°F.

Liked: Very modern and clean hotel, located in a nice part of the city close to transport and restaurants.
Disliked: The property had a great rooftop area, though needed to have a bar serving drinks and food.Only has a BYO option.

Great location, friendly staff, rooms...

Liked: We requested rooms close to each other; we were right next to each other. We stay at the Donatello every time we come to San Francisco.. It always exceeds our expectation.
Disliked: Nothing.

Nice large, comfy rooms, central...

Liked: Spacious rooms with kitchenettes, very comfortable bed, room had dishes and everything we needed including a water pitcher in the fridge to go get complimentary filtered water with. In walking distance to a lot of things. Very nice staff.
Disliked: Hot tub was nice but a little too much chlorine Sauna was super nice but you have to have the staff turn it on for you, takes about 15 minutes to get up. Bathrooms have no fan
