Liked: The hotel was beautiful, so clean staff were very friendly and helpful we arrived with our 2 kids and dogs. This hotel is deffo one of the best I've stayed in and will deffo stay again

Great night's sleep

Liked: The beds were really comfortable, the location was perfect and the staff were really friendly
Disliked: Due to being in a prime location it can be noisy at night although it soon settles. The comfy bed made up for it

Fabulous staff

Liked: The staff were brilliant. Friendly and couldn't do enough for you, they made our stay so much more enjoyable. The location was great for us as we did not have a car and it's practically next to public transport. Clean and large room wi5h a great view of the beach. The hotel has been updated.
Disliked: No parking, which was not a problem this time round as we didn't hire a car, but may prevent us booking in future if we did. Otherwise, I would totally recommend this place.

Liked: Very comfortable bed
Disliked: The bathroom and room (216)was absolutely stinking in a damp sewage smell. It seemed to be coming from the largw shower drain. It was really really bad. I had to leave the window open and put on the air con to help calm it down and the aircon wasn't working very well either which didnt help. It ruined my room stay a bit because i couldnt stay in the room for very long with the smell.
