Excellent staff that is very...

Liked: Did no have breakfast, location is great
Disliked: Include complementary breakfast!

Exceptional

Good location, and not much...

Liked: The location was good and the staff were friendly, especially the front desk and the bell captains.
Disliked: Housekeeping is awful and the shifts do not communicate well with each other. I had to call three times to get my room cleaned and on the last call, I stayed in the room to supervise it.

Liked: Good restaurant on site but the toilet got blocked in the morning and we had to call the hotel staff to get it sorted. Apparently the sewage system is linked to old network in New York so don’t be surprised if it happens to you as well !!!
