Amazing place to stay -...

Liked: The property was in a great location Extremely clean and friendly staff We celebrated our 10th anniversary there and the view from the room was amazing The staff looked after us so well They even gave us these wonderful chickadee strawberries

Excellent location for soho access

Liked: Excellent location. Lovely staff on check in. Clean rooms.
Disliked: I called ahead to have champagne and macarons placed in the room on arrival for my wife’s birthday. Concierge and dining confirmed with me. The items were never placed in our room and when I mentioned it on check out no apology was given by the front desk. Pretty shocking given the price point.
