Disliked: Had a horrible experience w/ room quality. I never leave bad reviews, but this was terrible. AC was inoperable so room was hot. Not sure if it was the room or something blowing from vent by room smelled strongly of mildew and mold. Day we left, my wife and I also developed red spots on skin. Still don't know where that came from, but not a great experience.

Liked: Great location. I loved the location of the property though, everything was just a few minutes walk away and the bar/restaurant area is very well designed as well.
Disliked: Poor house keeping service. Everyday they would forget to either replenish the water bottles or the used items from the vanity kit or something from the tea coffee machine. Once they forgot to clean the used coffee mugs and left the teaspoons in the bathroom. I'd have expected immaculate cleaning services for the kind of upscale hotel it is and its room rates.

Disliked: We had a bath in our room as we could check in earlier, but the shower over the bath was very badly designed, the water gushed all over the floor! Fabulous toiletries. The whole hotels had a gorgeous fragrance

Centrally located luxurious hotel, yet...

Liked: Centrally located luxurious hotel, yet on a quieter street. Easy walk to shops and restaurants and bars. Front desk staff are very helpful.The manager Geraldine is very friendly, helpful and professional. Will highly recommend this hotel.
