Great stay in a brilliant...

Liked: The room was fantastic - huge and comfortable. Lots of power points in the room, and lights. Most staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant for access to Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. Bathroom was great - water pressure and temperature were both excellent.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing; no variety each day (albeit the food we ate was adequate). The rooms are advertised as soundproofed but the Saturday night we spent there was disrupted significantly by people passing through into the early hours (nothing the hotel could have done about that). There was no fridge in the room, which would have been nice. The only British channel on the TV was BBC World News - one or two more channels would have been welcome (and/or a tv we could cast to from our devices).

Liked: Good location, spacious room, historical building, easy check in and check out.
Disliked: Noise from the shop below playing constant music, noise from the street in the morning from bin men, street cleaners and delivery drivers.

Liked: Location! Right in the heart of Prague near the Astro Clock and Charles Bridge
Disliked: Lots of stairs, even with an elevator, lots of stairs to my Jr. Suite and inside the suite.

Liked: Great hotel, right in the middle of Prague, everything is easily in walking distance, for anyone, surround by great places to eat. Couple, friends, families, can easily stay at this hotel
Disliked: Can't really say anything bad.
