We had a magical 3...

Liked: The property was first rate. The location was magnificent with an unbelievable view, an extraordinary blending of traditional and modern, many choices of amenities- cafe, outdoor seating with heat and lap robes, ice skating rink, spa, lovely restaurants and cozy bar. Very family friendly! We had an amazing stay.

Great building, staff was friendly...

Liked: The hotel building is beautiful with a well-integrated more modern section.The pool was beautiful with high stone walls and shimmering lights off the glass and pool.
Disliked: The food was sub-par! Pre-prepared meals for rooms service rather than freshly made which was also experienced at New Year’s Day brunch where dishes from breakfast were re-used for example cold cut meats and cheese. This was by far the most disappointing aspect of our short stay. The waiters also seemed untrained and didn’t follow basic etiquette which again is no big deal but shouldn’t happen if you charge these prices. The restaurant’Salt’ also needs a deep clean as the carpet and cushions are not clean.
