Liked: Great location, close to Oxford Ohio and Miami University. Quiet, clean, and comfortable lodging.
Disliked: Nothing. All was good.

Excellent and would highly recommend.

Liked: The property is very well maintained, clean and welcoming. The location is wonderful if you are visiting Miami University. The owners are very pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast is also very tasty.

Cute property with comfortable beds,...

Liked: The owners are so friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Make time for breakfast in the morning, it is amazing!! We loved the little Jazz bar across the street, too!
Disliked: The bathrooms are located outside of the bedroom. This did not bother me as much as my husband. He felt like he was making too much noise, when he woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom. There is one master with the bathroom inside the room. Will request that room on future visits.

Wonderful for a brief stay

Liked: It was very comfortable and clean and neat. The breakfast was prepared for us in advance as the couple were ministers and had to go say mass at the time we were having breakfast and checking out so we never met them. The communication was outstanding.
Disliked: Nothing. The room was a bit pinched in dimensions and there wasn’t a lot of room to move around in it or stage our bags in a place that was out of the way for just one night. But other than that it was very well appointed, impeccably clean, nice mattress.

Very comfortable and convenient place...

Liked: Location is very convenient to Oxford and the couple Charlotte and Jay and wonderful people - warm and friendly. My room was very clean and comfortable. Warm breakfast and coffee in the morning. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area and/or are looking for a place that is convenient to the university or surrounding area.
Disliked: They are situated by a train crossing that seems fairly active so if that sort of thing bothers you - be advised.

Liked: Location was perfect & away from all the congestion & traffic in the downtown area!
Disliked: All was good for us!
