The perfect stay at the...

Liked: Everything over experience from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left was perfect every member of staff was very helpful always smiling. I’m going to extra mile.

Liked: Room was nice, location was great , good choice for breakfast , lovely staff
Disliked: Room temperature complicated to control. Ordered Newspaper but didn't receive it. First night a lot of noise from next door room.

Fabulous location

Liked: Location is great, hotel is a converted police station. Very clean and staff were friendly
Disliked: No chest of drawers, bed was hard as were the pillows.

Lovely hotel with great staff...

Liked: All the staff were friendly , welcoming and efficient - very well run hotel . Nothing was too much trouble Spotlessly clean and stylish . Couldn’t fault it .
