Great location and value for...
Liked: Location was excellent Doorman very friendlyGood room size Beautiful breakfast room
Disliked: In a 5 star hotel I would have expected someone to offer tea or coffee at breakfast instead of queuing at a machine and for an a la carte option to be available.

This is a wonderful hotel,...
Liked: We have been going to this hotel since 2000 (24 years). While the Hotel's name has changed, the excellent service and amenities have not. We are always greeted by a friendly doorman, Chuck during this visit, and we receive needed assistance with our considerable amount of luggage. The check-in is always efficient, and all members of the front desk, especially Rebecca and her associates, make the process quick and easy.Because we return annually to this beautiful hotel, we always book many months in advance. Selim Atias (Guest Relations) is simply amazing at how he understands our preferences and manages everything in both a professional and extremely friendly manner. He treats us as friends - unlike so many hotels where you are considered a faceless number. Be sure to meet him personally when you arrive to see what a joy he brings to every encounter.George Cosgrove (Head Concierge) is "one of a kind". His warmth, care, and friendly manner makes every contact with him a true pleasure. He is very knowledgeable about anything you need in London (or abroad), and he meticulously handles anything you may require. He has a great sense of humor, and you'll really enjoy meeting him. He treats us like family.Mark Hastings is the Assistant Concierge and is always so helpful and fun as we discuss potential highlights of the city. Like George, he is very knowledgeable and takes care of anything we may need for our holiday. The amenities of the hotel are important as well. The breakfast is good and quick, the snacks are tasty, the decorations over holidays are always well-done, and the entire staff is genuinely dedicated to helping you to have a great time. In addition, there is a tube stop one minute's walk from the hotel, so moving around the city is a breeze. We will certainly return again to enjoy this wonderful hotel and staff. We consider this "our home away from home" with The Dilly staff members.
Disliked: Everything worked out even better than expected.

Can't recommend to anyone
Liked: Great location, people were friendly.
Disliked: Terrible breakfast, insane low-quality spa, the interior is from 30 years ago, no proper ventilation during the night, unreliable service (both cleaning and concierge), insanely overpriced for what you get. Only indian dining inside.

Perfect stay in London for...
Liked: Hotel staffs reached out to us days before our check in date, to ensure everything we need is taken care of. They even left some dessert and a welcome message on the mirror for my two boys. Room is clean & comfy. The hotel is smack in the middle of Piccadilly street, almost everything a tourist needs is within walking distance, and Piccadilly Underground station is just a few meters away!
