Liked: Staff always very polite and helpful. Breakfast lovely and big selection. Went for husband birthday and the relations team did excellent job decorating the room for him.

Delightful Dilly

Liked: The hotel was spectacular. From the welcome by Paul, reception staff were also friendly and very polite. The breakfast was quality , the room spacious and smart. So convenient for all Londons sights, and the whole stay was fabulous. It was my partners birthday whilst we were there, and the room with balloons, wine , chocolates etc was such a lovely touch. The staff, facilities, food, drink, ambience was excellent and I highly recommend it 10 /10 , superb trip, we will be back
