Hotel was beautiful; staff were helpful and friendly - just wish we had more time there. Room was spotless and lovely. I would definitely return!

Disliked: Dinner from the carvery was almost cold, Also, no provision for disabled guests, myself, wife and son have to use sticks / crutches and there were too many steps to negotiate with no alternative, From reception to our rooms was outside during light rain. Although the reception loaned an umbrella it is very difficult to manage that with two walking sticks!

Liked: My experience with the restaurant at this hotel was excellent, particularly the breakfast. The selection was amazing, with a wide variety of high-quality options that made for a perfect start to each day. While I didn't have the opportunity to try dinner at the restaurant, I was very impressed with the breakfast service. Furthermore, the staff were consistently helpful and kind, enhancing the overall positive experience.
Disliked: My stay at this hotel was unfortunately marred by an extremely uncomfortable bed. The mattress provided very little support, resulting in restless nights and a generally unpleasant experience. This lack of sleep significantly impacted my overall enjoyment and ultimately led me to check out early. In hindsight, I realize that I should have reported this issue to the staff. When I was checking out, I recognized that the staff would have been prompt in addressing the problem.
