Liked: The service was great and the location was easy to find, and check in and out were very straightforward.
Disliked: The property was noisy (due to the bathroom windows not being proper windows and being unable to close them). The property was also quite run down and the photographs weren't as representative as we hoped.

Liked: Good location, cleanstaff were really helpful - we had 2 rooms as wanted to extend our stay and they helped us with that
Disliked: first room was large spacious, a little worn. small bathroom. no face clothssecond room was modern but pictures on website showed twin bed - got a room with one bed, even asked about this we got told to have 2 beds we needed to be 3 people staying, no face cloths or tea towels. no toaster tho listed as in room, road facing but no fan or air con so bit noisier than expected as had to keep windows open

Room isn't soundproof

Liked: Location is close to cbd. Staff are lovely.
Disliked: Place isn't sound proof, so you hear all the traffic and parties happening around all night. Felt even more tired during my stay here. Disappointed.

Disliked: The property was quite dated , the shower was awkward There was a very loud party next door so it was very hard to sleep

Disliked: "The room did not meet our expectations. We believed we would be staying in the beautiful house shown in the pictures, but instead, we were placed in a smaller unit on the side of the property, resembling a 'study-like' setup. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing—the floor was quite dirty, showing no signs of being vacuumed, and the glasses were also unclean. Additionally, there was no rubbish bin in the toilet. However, after raising our concerns, the woman responded positively and promptly cleaned the space, which we appreciated."
