It would be fantastic if...

Liked: Everyone was very friendly, the amenities were top notch, and you cannot beat the location.
Disliked: My husband left his watch in our room. We looked everywhere for it, and right before we were about to call, they called us and told us it was found. It’s now over a month and the manager seems to be gone this entire time - we live in Wisconsin. We asked to have it sent to us (which we are gladly paying for) and they told us absolutely. Still waiting …..

Comfortable but not the value...

Liked: The room was large and bed was very comfortable. There was a mini bar and sink in the room. There was a large closet and bathroom. The bar was pleasant as was the bar staff. Housekeeping staff were excellent.
Disliked: Emphasis on a dress code, including signing documents that I would follow it - but many guests did not follow it. No coffee machine in room. Front desk service of poor quality. No help with luggage. The elevator was not always working. Service well below expectation for a hotel at this price point.
