Disliked: The housekeepers were very rude, they were raging at us because they had to clean the room a bit late, that's not professional to argue with your guests. The house keepers used very harsh and rude words with us.

Disliked: lack of breakfast optionsChristmas sale of items in the gift shop supposedly good through 12/31but sign was not there and desk could not honor the discount. So no sale.I tried to book my accommodations on the Delavan/Salvatores Hospitality website. But No Availability for Dec. 31When I found a room on another booking site, I reserved. This however, did not ggive me any amenities offered at the hotel site.

Liked: The location and the holiday decorations.
Disliked: The hotel needs some room and hallway updates. The mattresses are uncomfortable. We have stayed for a few years and some updates are needed for the price.

Liked: Great location for Bills games. Free parking no site. 2 restaurants. Friendly front desk staff. Would stay again.
Disliked: Breakfast should be included. Not the end of the world, but breakfast included would make it better value for money.
