Disliked: Nothing, I chose it for pictures which were a good representation of actual room

Quality quaint bespoke hotel downtown

Liked: Quality hotel. Back of reception leads to two separate night clubs! Unusual elevator, get in front, get out side, mind fingers on sliding gates. Boxes of fresh water in room (instead of bottles) which turned out to be complementary.
Disliked: Mattress smaller than wooden bed frame so be careful of walking around in the dark. No coffee maker in room. No iron or ironing board. I found staff welcoming but very laidback.

Buyer beware, find comfort elsewhere!

Liked: Friendly hotel staff. Helpful when addressed in person, but no one responded to my plumbing request via text.
Disliked: I'm easy to please, but this stay was not worth the cost, nor is it a 4-star hotel. I was unaware I would have to pay $37/night for daily parking. The wifi was horrible and spotty. The hotel room that I was in had horrible plumbing (clogged drains—both sink and shower) and a backed-up toilet (weird odors). I stayed on a Thursday-Sunday, and the coffee counter was only open on Saturday morning. The elevator was SO dangerous. I had to squeeze through the metal gate to push the door open (which was a challenge with or without luggage). The walls were paper thin, so I could hear all conversations and chatter throughout my stay. Truly the most disappointing hotel experience I've ever had.*****I went back to read reviews and see how I could have missed the red flags, and all of my complaints are consistent with people who have stayed on this property since 2022 (!!!). Management should truly be ashamed.

Liked: Nice small hotel with comfortable & clean room. Location in downtown. Small caffe in the lobby and Cafe Nero jest next door
Disliked: The elevator is industrial like and not guest friendly at all! For people with luggage its a real hurdle
