Liked: The breakfast menu was delicious but it could do with one or two more dishes, other than that, the gym was lovely, really liked the towels they had and the ice water was a very nice touch on top of that
Disliked: The wifi was quite slow and it took too long and too much effort to try log into the wifi and the TV was well below average, Netflix just didnt work, the internet explorer didnt work but im pretty show that had smth to do with the wifi

Disliked: On arrival we were automatically charged for breakfast despite us not enquiring about it and planned on not having breakfast the next morning.49e charge for breakfast is crazy!Our room was originally book for 179e and was charged 229e

Hotel is amazing but I...

Liked: Thee only thing that was bad was our dreadful experience in sophies restaurant, both the food and the staff....the food was beyond diabolical ....absolutely dreadful !
Disliked: The charcuterie board was honks of freezing cold antipasti slices, hardly any cheese, the chutney was massive lumps and freezing and nothing close to a 'spread' you would use a knife to put on crackers or bread, the bread was absolutely freezing...and clearly straight from a fridge and probably just defrosted, no nice smell, or crostini, no toasted bread, freezing cold stale bread as far as I am concerned. The duck shredded salad was completely dry and insipid, the same two cocktails were ordered but both served were vastly different because apparently a different barman served them as if that justifies getting a different drink the second time round albeit you ordered the same drink. The porridge this morning with compote should have read compote with porridge!....hardly any porridge and floating in compote?....the avocado and pesto was gross and I don't know what bread it was on or what the yellow things on top were. The service and attitude were dreadful and it's a shame as we couldn't fault the hotel at all.
