Stylish decor and quirky design....

Liked: Staff were friendly and efficient, both in the hotel reception and the pool/gym. Loved the quirkiness of the room and the stylish decor and colours. Fabulous shower.Great outdoor pool.
Disliked: We knew this beforehand but the room was very narrow in width and for want of another foot and a tiny bit of storage, it could have been perfect.

We were unable to stay...

Liked: Kat on reception in the hotel was very kind and helpful
Disliked: Unfortunately we were unable to stay because our prepaid room was reallocated without our knowledge. We only realised this when we arrived at the hotel after a 3 hour drive. Clear and consistent information from the reservations team would have been helpful. Four phone calls resulted in four different people with differing answers in relation to our booking.
