Disliked: The room that we had has a small bed , difficult to get comfortable

Special occasion break enhanced by...

Liked: Room 17 Langley Suite has great views of the Minster, the bells could be heard but double glazing eliminted most of the sound, Tuesday night bellringing practice went on for quite a while. The room was warm & comfortable with complimentary goodies in the fridge, very good breakfast with wide choice. The location couldn't be better as a short walk to the city centre. Very friendly helpfull staff, I opted to pay for parking so on arival bags out & car was taken & parked, just asked reception & it was was back as required. Parking charges are high in York so this was a good option.
Disliked: It all worked for us.

Lovely hotel and staff, nice...

Liked: Close proximity to the minister and City centre. Really comfortable beds, en suite bathroom with large shower, lovely room, tea and coffee facilities. Has a safe, iron and hairdryer. Breakfast was lovely. Valet parking facilities.
Disliked: Difficult to find if you don’t know the area.
