Perfect Dublin Hotel Experience

Liked: This may have been the finest hotel experience of my lifetime. The location was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, the staff was outstanding in their service, just an absolute pleasure staying here. I didn’t want to leave!!
Disliked: Hard to find anything to be negative about. Maybe the body wash? Not a fan of the scent?

Disliked: The mattress topper was extremely uncomfortable and had to take it off the bed. When we came back to the hotel on Saturday night around 11.30 the bar was closed and we couldn't get any late nite drinks no staff were available

Liked: The staff were friendly and responded to our requests in a prompt manner. Manager made time to speak to us The room was lovely and comfortable and the location was goodGreat bed and quality toiletries Decor was gorgeous and use of executive lounge was a bonus
Disliked: Had to move rooms due to very loud construction noise at 7 45am first morning.I think potential guests should be told about ongoing construction so they can make an informed choice on whether to stay or notOnly one tea bag supplied per guest so had to chase housekeeping several times.Room not cleaned when we returned at 4pm which is not acceptable.
