Liked: the building was amazing and the staff couldn't of been nicer
Disliked: The price of drinks at the bar was extortionate.

Disappointing and not worth the...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The service was very poor; it was so bad that we felt the need to speak with a manager. We were advised that the manager would speak with us after their meeting but to wait in our rooms. We complied, only to be informed later that the manager had gone home for the day. Service is not a priority at this hotel.The rooms overlook a busy nightlife area that runs into the early hours of the morning, making it not very restful.I would not recommend this place to anyone and would encourage others to look elsewhere.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff was very helpful and professional. The location was excellent.
Disliked: The Ginger Man pub across the street is getting significant traffic right now because of their Christmas display. The noise from this bar was considerable and continued until the bar closed. On the 5th floor, the noise from the bar could be heard over the TV with the window closed. Then, promptly at 6:30 am on weekday mornings, the construction crew directly below gets started. Once Christmas is over and the construction is over, more than 7 hours of quiet will be possible, and I have no real complaints about the hotel otherwise.

Disliked: poor menu for food in bar . only one floor staff and one barman in middle of December is quite shocking had to wait a while to be served.
