Won't be returning anytime soon

Liked: Room was nice and quiet, food was good in restaurant
Disliked: The $65 in extra charges, $35 to valet is ridiculous and $20 for the 2 bottles of water and a couple k cups, that should be included in room price. Paint was dingy looking and touch ups were needed throughout the facility. Robes in closet looked a little worn out.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Room was dirty. Brown splatter in the walls and no hot water. Reached out to the hotel regarding the issues and nothing was done to remedy the situation.

I would definitely stay there...

Liked: Good location, easy parking, helpful and friendly staff and very quiet.
Disliked: Would be nice if they had little gifts for children that stay there to make them feel special.

I’m not going back

Liked: The aesthetic and style in the lobby
Disliked: Dirty, especially on the pet floor. Even the room still had a lot of dog hair on the carpet and clean sheets
