Good

Liked: Decor, bar, restaurant, location
Disliked: Beds are too soft and lumpy, need replacing. We felt this way a year ago also.

Okay but didn’t live up...

Liked: I had a massage at the spa and that felt wonderful. The bed is also very comfortable
Disliked: The front desk staff was a little rude, and the bathroom was a little run down. The toilet would not stop running, all night. It drove me insane. And the facet in the shower was broken and falling apart.

Wonderful hotel

Liked: Beautiful hotel, love the safari theme. Beds are very comfortable. Staff were exceptional.
Disliked: Pillows are worthless. Little more than air. Room was 64f when we arrived. Took a couple of hours to heat up to 70.
