Lack of cleanliness

Liked: Everyone was friendly. Late check out is nice.
Disliked: The bathrooms didn't seem clean. The shower still had soap all over the wall.

It was ok

Liked: Excellent location. Very clean. Convenient. Good views. All staff were very courteous, and tried very hard.
Disliked: I would have liked a refrigerator in the room for the amount of money I paid. I would have liked towel bars in the bathroom and a bathroom door that locked. I would've liked a firmer bed. I would like to have been able to check in at 3 o'clock as promised instead of 5:30.Food was mediocre and kitchen service slow.
