It was ok

Liked: Excellent location. Very clean. Convenient. Good views. All staff were very courteous, and tried very hard.
Disliked: I would have liked a refrigerator in the room for the amount of money I paid. I would have liked towel bars in the bathroom and a bathroom door that locked. I would've liked a firmer bed. I would like to have been able to check in at 3 o'clock as promised instead of 5:30.Food was mediocre and kitchen service slow.

Overall my stay was very...

Liked: I liked the decor in my room, the amenities and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The toilet in my room was very low. Also, I ordered dinner to go from the Safari Room. When I got half way through the meal, I realized my grilled chicken pasta had no chicken. The staff offered to replace it but I was already full. They compensated me for the meal.
