Liked: Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Great shower.
Disliked: Heating was not working when we first arrived. Maintenance had to come up to adjust the mechanics. Also, we were unaware that there was any way to display a 'do not disturb' sign built in, so maids were trying to enter our room at 8am.

Liked: Room service and the coffee bar was closed. Too expensive for the quality of the hotel. They seemed understaffed?
