Satisfactory but too expensive

Liked: I like the location, the spaciousness of the rooms, and the view. The receptionist at the check in desk, Sunny was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Because it’s located in downtown, you can hear loud cars driving by periodically. Washing basin and toilet bowl are all cracked. The toilet seat is very uncomfortable. The housekeeping staff are not well trained and provides spotty service. The elevators are very slow and unreliable. This hotel can use an update. The hotel stay per night costs a lot but doesn’t meet the standard for that price range.

Liked: Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Great shower.
Disliked: Heating was not working when we first arrived. Maintenance had to come up to adjust the mechanics. Also, we were unaware that there was any way to display a 'do not disturb' sign built in, so maids were trying to enter our room at 8am.
